Cancer is common in lip, alveolus and buccal mucosa which is commonest site in tabac chewers. It is characterised by pain, burning sensation, non healing ulcer and trismus. Early diagnosis is important, oral cavity cancers are treated with up to date knowledge and surgical skills.
